RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns (web purchases) must be assigned with a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning. Returns without a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused, and returned to sender at its expense. Write to info@rackultra.com to receive the Return Auhorization Number and the returns address.

Rackultra will refund most unused or not assembled items (except liquidation or final sale) if returned with the original box (the box must be in it's original form, and can't be substituted with an other similar box), packaging, manuals, and accessories within 10 days of purchase, less a 25% restocking fee. In the case that Rackultra was at fault then the restocking fee will be waived. Refunds may only be credited back to the original purchaser and will be refunded on the original purchasing credit card.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges and the merchandise must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories. The value of missing and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount for a return.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser (we will not accept any collect return's) unless Rackultra was at fault. Closeout/final sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

All packages refused by the customer are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy plus any additional return shipping costs charged to us by the shipping company. All refused cargo box shipments are subject to an additional $125 transportation fee, in addition to the 25% restocking fee, which will be charged to the customer's credit card.

Rackultra will assist you with warranty issues, within possible limits, according to each manufacturer's warranty guidelines (see customer service for each warranty detail). Please contact us at info@rackultra.com if you are an internet customer with warranty issue.

Rackultra gives itself the right to refuse any return if the product was used, if it's missing parts or instructions, if the product is damaged or the original packaging is missing or modified. The product will then be turned over to the sender, at it's own expenses.
